Beginners Running Group

We are a friendly, LADIES ONLY running club. Our beginners group commences on 5 January 2020 for
12 weeks. All levels are welcomed for both new and returning runners. Start with a walk/jog and build up

5 guys Danceathon & bootcamp fundraiser

Time: Dance fitness 2 til 4, outdoor bootcamp 2.30 til 3.30
A team of dance fitness instructors will guide participants through various styles of dance in the school hall, and the outdoor fitness team will teach a fun boot camp session.
Our event “Five Guys Dance-a-thon and Bootcamp Fundraiser“ in memory of five husbands of their five friends Sarah, Linda, Sherry, Connie and Lynn.
The “Five Guys” – Larry, David, Richard, Brendan and Nigel – lost their battle with cancer but fought to the end.
You are promised an afternoon of fun, fitness and fundraising for a fantastic charity!
