Epsom Hospital Radio will continue to entertain patients and staff in Epsom Hospital throughout the Corona Virus outbreak.
However following the announcement by our Prime Minister on Monday 23rd March, we have suspended live programmes for the next three weeks at the very least.
Over the coming days, our presenters will be nominating recent programmes they broadcast which we will repeat in place of their normal shows over the coming weeks.
If you have been invited to a new member open evening, or to appear as a guest on one of our shows do not come to the hospital! We will contact you again in safer times to arrange a new date.
Epsom Hospital Radio wish all of the staff in Epsom Hospital all the very best for the coming weeks.
We would also like to ask our supporters to be considerate.
Please don't panic buy, critical care workers need food too, now more than ever!
Please stay in doors, you may not show symptoms if you catch it, but you could spread the virus to someone who will suffer badly!
If you must go out, keep your distance, two meters minimum.
And remember, if you do come accross a critical worker, whether it be a member of NHS staff, or even someone serving you in a supermarket for instance, respect that they have an essential job to do and are probably feeling scared, please give them space and be nice!
